Experience: The subject of experience is institutional. In some cases, someone with no experience or 1 year of experience is hired. In some cases, it is not possible to get a job without a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Large organizations may require 8-10 years of experience. Experience is preferred because it is a technical job.
